Appreciated every detail about our excellent 3 nights stay here. The staff were amicable, the location was good and marvellous. Local fast food option Giraffe Stop was 20 minutes walk away. Very clean restaurant provided local dishes.

This hotel is conveniently located right by the main street, making it easy to explore the area. I booked a super comfy room that came with a balcony, and the mountain views were absolutely stunning. the staff here were really helpful and attentive, just as you would hope for in a good hotel. 🏔️.

Our room was spacious with a flat-screen TV, seating area, and writing desk. The mountain view from the hotel was unexpectedly beautiful. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the glacier, Mayrhofen, and Hauptstrasse.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the gondola and the beautiful green line to the glacier. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. And finally, the rooms were spacious and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy the lovely surroundings. One detail that really stood out to me was the regular sitting place for breakfast and dinner, it made me feel like a valued guest. Another great aspect was the attention to detail in the food. I could tell that a lot of thought and care went into the meals, and I was always excited to see what they would make next.

The hotel's location is great, just a stone's throw away from the gondola stations and a few minutes from the town center. the rooms are large and clean, with a cozy ambiance that feels like home. the breakfast is good with a variety of bread, spreads, and yogurt.

The towels were old and small and some of the mattresses were too hard for a good night's sleep.

Great location, perfect for skiing with easy access to the slopes. Large and comfortable rooms, and delicious continental breakfast.

Limited dinner options, with only two mains to choose from and strict dining times. Poor Wi-Fi in some areas of the hotel.

This hotel was a great find! The value for money was remarkable. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices at the Joggl Cafe & Restaurant, which is part of the hotel. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. We even received some extra spaghetti bolognese! The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to both the town and gondola stations. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The continental breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, especially the freshly baked bread buns.

Everything was fine, no improvements necessary.

What a great new year’s experience! The rooms were spacious and clean with great mountain views. The food was mouth-watering with a lot of selection on the menu every day for dinner. During the evenings, they had a great drinks selection with long drinks and cocktails, the friendly staff even gave us a few extra for free!

Sadly, the bed mattresses were quite hard and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't work well either, so we couldn't use our devices as much as we wanted to.
